Bee Rudki

Founding Partner

Bee has more than 18 years’ experience in UK immigration and nationality law and has been advising businesses that have been expanding into the UK or growing their UK presence or workforce.

Bee also works with individual private clients, HNW, VHNW and UHNW obtain visas to enter the UK as a business start-up, innovator and Tier 1 (Investor) citizenship. She is experienced in family and dependent visas, European Settlement Scheme (EUSS) and the British National Overseas (BNO) categories.

Bee is a qualified OISC immigration practitioner and a member of business and immigration groups, as well as a frequent speaker at various networking events.

Tony Butterworth


Tony is our UK Immigration Partner. With a diverse knowledge in a range of industry sectors including I.T, Legal Services, Engineering, Insurance as well as the Oil & Gas sectors, he has a wealth of experience in all aspects of immigration including corporate, education and high net worth and private individuals within his portfolio.

Tony’s experience spans from the Home Office to the UK Immigration Director at a well-known professional immigration services firm and more recently as Managing Director at a global immigration company.

He is a thought leader and frequent speaker and host of UK immigration programmes both here and overseas. Tony prides himself in client relationship management and values the essential need to nurture the assignee experience, providing the highest levels of service to every client whilst promoting a holistic approach.

Kay Bains


Kay joins us the TNP family as UK Immigration Partner.  With a wealth of experience spanning more than 25 years, she is perfectly at home assisting a wide range of clients, whether private individuals, small start-ups or large multinationals, with a broad spectrum of UK and global immigration matters.  Her clients come from a range of sectors including finance, insurance, law firms, management consultancies, I.T. companies, the fashion and the arts industry. Kay also provides strategic bespoke guidance to businesses at each stage of their development, alongside comprehensive practical advice on immigration compliance.

Kay has worked at various eminent advisory firms including global audit and accountancy practice Mazars LLP where, as Head of UK immigration, set up and ran a successful immigration department. She is a UK qualified lawyer with LLB (Hons), and holds CMI Level 4 certificate in Management & Leadership.

Kay prides herself in taking the stress out of the immigration process, managing an array of stakeholders, and delivering a seamless end-to-end service for her clients.

Senior Associate

Kate joins us as our Senior Associate, specialising in corporate sponsorship matters, compliance and the prevention of illegal working. She has more than 15 years’ immigration experience having worked with a variety of immigration firms including one of the Big Four. A qualified OISC practitioner, Kate’s experience lies in corporate immigration and compliance with knowledge of non-PBS advisory work, including family and dependant, ILR, EUSS and British Nationality applications.

 Kate prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients and providing a personalised service, ensuring an effective and efficient service is delivered to employers and assignees alike.

Simon Needham


Simon’s primary focus is in UK immigration and all aspects of the Points Based System. He assists UK businesses and employers with Sponsor Licence applications and immigration compliance. He is highly experienced in family-based applications, citizenship and child registrations.

Simon is a qualified OISC immigration practitioner. His experience ranges from a boutique immigration consultancy through to a multi-national global immigration firm.

Ornella Bauernfeind


Ornella joins us as our UK immigration paralegal. She works with our Partners and Associates using her expertise to manage complex onboarding of new employees, Right To Work checks, Skilled Worker and ICT visa to The Nathanson Partnership. With almost 8 years in immigration, her eye for detail, competence, knowledge and experience, she provides the assurance and confidence that our clients’ immigration programs and applications will be handled professionally and efficiently.

Ornella has been working with multinational clients as well as renowned companies in the UK. She also handles private client applications and understands the visa and immigration process fully.

Amber Needham


Amber joins us as one of our UK Immigration Paralegals. She works with our Partners and Associates to guide clients through the Visa and Immigration processes and applications. She has a legal and compliance background, enabling her to ensure adherence to immigration rules and compliance standards throughout her service.

Amber has worked in client-based roles throughout her career, providing a high quality experience for clients and assurance that their immigration processes will be facilitated professionally and tailored to each specific client and their business needs on a case by case basis.
